We provide you with playlist and no playlist forms in the itinerary information packet that is provided upon booking your event. Other important forms are enclosed as well as helpful tips to make your entertainment planning a breeze. A self addressed stamped envelope is provided for your convenience for the return of necessary forms.
Prompt priority attention is given to your communication efforts whether they are by e-mail or voice mail.
Please be assured We do not offer our services up as a commercial (at our client's expense.) One of our most frequently asked questions we receive is: Where can we see you play? We use an effective alternative (which prevents unwanted guests from showing up at your privately held event.) A permission form is enclosed in your information packet. If granted permission we will shoot a limited amount of video footage. It will be tastefully done and average an amount of about 20 minutes in total. The video footage will be transferred to a DVD and used as a tool at our interview meetings. No editing of the video footage will be done. Names will never be disclosed and copies are not distributed .We respect your privacy and appreciate your permission.
We are equipped to provide an additional professional outdoor wedding ceremony PA/music setup. This elegant setup includes the following components: 4ft Black Oddesy Dj booth, a mobile media player and amplifier, a cordless microphone, (2)12" Peavey speakers with stands. A 5000 watt generator is available when an electrical source is not available for an additional $25.00

We are based in Jackson Wisconsin ( a short drive north of Milwaukee )We are represented by Eventective.com as a vendor.
We offer 4 different price pkgs to choose from. They all have a few things thing in common
(1) Your event is customized to your needs we have no template or certain format we use.
(2) The price you see is the price you pay
(3) We are yours for the afternoon and evening (we do not charge by the hour we charge by the event)
(4) You may choose all of your own music if you so desire!
(5) **A cordless microphone at dinner is included in all packages
(6) Setup 3:00 pm play till midnight.
Also included is a free commemorative light scribe music CD, (with the songs chosen for the grand march) as well as others for a total of about 20 songs., . We can burn an image or photo directly on to the face of the cd (of you choosing)
***Just a note to our clients: We do make and produce photo shows for you( that can be ready and be played at your event!) The cost is just $74.95. This is what you receive: 2 light scribe DVD photo shows; that have an image of your choice; burned directly to the DVD face.They will be in a hard case that is labeled with a photo or design of your choice. We will set up a 2nd meeting with you to view the photo show and to let us know of any changes you may desire (typically 1 week before the event)
The very lowest price we can offer is $475.00 this includes a light tree with 2 led par cans a Line dancer led light, and an IR projector; that projects dancing circles on the dance floor. As well as a pin spot light (for spotlight dances) If you need a projector and screen for a slide show presentation; it can be included for $30.00 more.Music at dinner is provided at no extra cost to you. this package is perfect for small gatherings and budget concious clients.
The $575.00 pkg includes all of the above with an exceptional special effect lighting pkg that includes numerous light fixtures a laser,strobe light, black lighting and also fog if allowed by the establishment. this pkg includes a large professional dj booth as well as an extra led monitor for guests to view our large music database for making requests.For just $25.00 more you may have use of the professional video projector and large 60-60' screen for viewing slide shows. Movies ect. (We can show power point/ slide presentations from a memory stick, cd rom or DVD disc. (The music is fed through the big sound system)
The $650.00 pkg is catered twoards those that wish to have their ceremony and reception at the same facility , such as a golf course. What we provide is A Second setup that is specifically made for outdoor ceremonies. It includes cordless microphones, a black dj booth along with sound editing and a Peavy feedback elimination system. the speakers are mounted on stands so that all can hear the ceremony

typically a separate section of the hall is set up for Dance Dance Revolution with (2) competition dance mats. The game determines the winner and small prizes are given out to the winners! This game, as well as Sony Sing Star (competition karaoke) includes (2) microphones with stands. "This promises to give the kids,' tweens and teens activities for them to do on their own with their own age group!"
