We provide you with playlist and no playlist forms in the itinerary information packet that is provided upon booking your event. Other important forms are enclosed as well as helpful tips to make your entertainment planning a breeze. A self-addressed stamped envelope is provided for your convenience for the return of necessary forms. Or you may choose to scan and send them by e-mail.

Prompt priority attention is given to your communication efforts whether they are by e-mail or voice mail.

Please be assured we do not offer our services up as a commercial (at our client's expense.) One of our most frequently asked questions we receive is: Where can we see you play? We use an effective alternative (which prevents unwanted guests from showing up at your privately held event.) A permission form is enclosed in your information packet. If granted permission we will shoot a limited amount of video footage. It will be tastefully done and average an amount of about 20 minutes in total. The video footage will be transferred to a DVD and used as a tool at our interview meetings. No editing of the video footage will be done. Names will never be disclosed and copies are not distributed .We respect your privacy and appreciate your permission.

We are equipped to provide an additional professional elegant outdoor wedding ceremony PA/Music Setup. This elegant setup includes the following components: 4ft Black Oddesy Dj booth, a Mobile Media Player and Amplifier, a brand new USB AND Sd card player, a Cordless Microphone, (2)12" Peavey Speakers With stands. a 5000 watt generator is available when an electrical source is not available for an additional $25.00

***Just a note to our clients: We do make and produce photo/ slide shows for your convenience (that can be ready and be played at your event!) The cost is just $74.95. This is what you receive: 2 light scribe DVD photo shows; that have an image of your choice burned directly to the DVD face. They will be in a hard case that is labeled with a photo or design of your choice. We will set up a 2^nd meeting with you to view the photo show and to let us know of any changes you may desire (typically 1 week before the event)
